Jacob Couvertier's Experience

Jacob Couvertier, a lacrosse enthusiast from Broward County, Florida, began his career in local youth teams in the Weston/Davie area. He transitioned to travel lacrosse at the age of twelve, playing for notable teams like Florida Extreme and Broward Barracudas during his high school years.

After contributing to Cypress Bay High School, Jacob transferred to American Heritage (Plantation) for his Junior and Senior years. Graduating from American Heritage, he continued his lacrosse journey at Lynn University playing Division 2 lacrosse in Boca Raton, earning a Bachelors in Marketing.

Post-college, Jacob dedicated five years to coaching lacrosse for local Rec and travel teams, including the Davie Broncos and True Lacrosse. He remains an active player for the Fort Lauderdale Flamingos in the Men’s League.

Guided by influential coaches during his upbringing, Jacob is committed to passing on his knowledge to the next generation, contributing to the growth of lacrosse in South Florida.
