Eclipse does offer financial assistance / payment plans for families in need. These options are used in special family circumstances to make sure an Eclipse player has the opportunity to continue with our program.
How do I purchase my son’s Eclipse uniform?
Lax.com & Zima Gear will organize two team stores during the year to purchase an Eclipse team uniform pack. These stores will open and close in August and March/April. These will be the only opportunities to order an Eclipse uniform throughout the year.
How do I purchase Eclipse Apparel, Helmets, Gloves, etc. ?
Eclipse Lacrosse Club currently has a partnership with Lax.com and Zima Gear. Our online stores are run/managed via lax.com. We usually open three online stores a year. Each store offers different seasonal products.
Can my son play for other club teams outside of Eclipse?
At Eclipse we expect our players to be 100% committed to our program. This means our players SHOULD NOT be participating in practices, clinics or tournaments with other lacrosse club programs. If our players are participating in fall, winter, or summer lacrosse training, we expect Eclipse Lacrosse practices & clinics to be their priority - players should not be skipping Eclipse sessions to attend other lacrosse clinics/practices.

How do I reserve hotel rooms for tournaments?
We will reserve blocks of hotel rooms for all our tournaments outside of CT and Long Island. A hotel link will be sent to all families once our tournament schedule is announced. We ask that families stay in the same hotels as it helps with team bonding and culture.
Eclipse Lacrosse Club Refund Policy
- Tryout Fees are Non-Refundable
- Non-Injury Related Refunds are NOT available
- There are No Refunds awarded for any reason once a program has started (first day of tryouts, practice, camp, clinic, team event, tournament, etc.).
- There will be No Refunds for any uniforms, apparel, or special equipment purchased for a particular program.
- US Lacrosse Membership Fees are Non-Refundable
Eclipse Lacrosse Club Team or Clinic Registration - Refunds are available due to injury only.
The following guidelines must be followed:
1) A letter from the child's doctor is required for a refund due to injury.
2) Refunds are not awarded if a player gets an injury once the season starts (first day of tryouts, practice, camp, clinic, team event, tournament, etc.).
3) If a player receives an injury refund of any kind, the refund is based on the cost of the clinic, camp, tournament, or team fee. Late sign-up fees are NOT refundable.
5) Tournament fees will not be refunded, as many tournament fees are paid in advance.
6) For our summer program, our payment structure is set-up for families to make two payments (payment one and payment two). Payment one is non-refundable. Payment two is only refundable if a player is injured before the first summer practice. If a player is injured after the first summer practice, no refund is available.
