First Florida D1 Commits Announced
Eclipse Lacrosse is proud to recognize the first wave of Florida Division I commitments, marking another major milestone for our program’s growth and success in the Sunshine State since its inception in 2023.
Connor O’Brien (Class of 2026, St. Edward’s School) has announced his commitment to the U.S. Naval Academy, continuing a tradition of excellence both on and off the field.
Joining him from the Class of 2027, Carter Papa and Kai Ravndal of Bishop Moore have each committed to Sacred Heart University, solidifying their futures at the Division I level.
Cain Dubois (Class of 2027, St. John Paul II Academy) and Nico Colasanti (Class of 2027, American Heritage Plantation) will both take their talents to Wagner College, continuing the strong pipeline of Eclipse athletes heading to collegiate programs nationwide.
These commitments represent not only individual achievement but also the continued development of Florida lacrosse within the Eclipse family. Congratulations to all five players on this incredible accomplishment — the first of many to come from our Florida teams.
