Greg Glenday - 2028 Coach
Glenday was a midfielder for The University of Notre Dame where he played for current ND coach Kevin Corrigan. He was Captain of the 1996 team that finished the season ranked #6 in the country. In his junior year Glenday started for the first ever western team to win an NCAA Tournament game by upsetting #5 seed Duke to advance to the quarterfinals. Glenday played in every quarter of every game all four years as a short stick defensive midfielder and also took the majority of faceoffs during his career. Originally from Long Beach on Long Island where he was a standout three sport athlete and leading scorer on the lacrosse team. He currently resides in Darien CT and enjoys watching his three children play lacrosse. He still plays Summer league lacrosse with the legendary Colt 35 club lacrosse team.
Erik Osberg - 2028 Coach
Osberg was a standout four letter midfielder and captain for the Darien Blue Wave class of 95’. Erik went on play for the Maryland Terrapins playing all four years as a two way midfielder for Dick Edell. During this time Maryland went on to become ACC champions in 98’, NCAA Quarterfinalists in 96’, NCAA championship runner-up in both 97 & 98’. Erik was elected captain his senior year and received the Edwin Powell Memorial Award (Career Contribution). Coach goes by “Coach Ozzie” and enjoys commuting into NYC when he’s not playing in the backyard with his three young children Van (8), Barclay (7) and Oakley (4).
