COACH Roberts - U11 National team head coach

Chris Roberts coaches lacrosse at Canterbury School in New Milford, CT. Coach Roberts has been the head coach since 2003. During that time he has coached four All-Americans. In addition to coaching, he is the Chair of the Math Department.

Prior to working at Canterbury, Chris played four years of defense legendary coach Bill Tierney at Princeton winning the National Championship three times ('96, '97, '98.) The 1997 National Championship team was crowned Champion of Champions in 2015.

Prior to Princeton, Chris played for Hall of Fame Coach Bob Hartranft at Farmingdale High School. He served as captain during his senior year and was an All-County selection and a runner up Academic All-American.

Coach Roberts has volunteered with New Milford Youth Lacrosse since it's inception and currently coaches the 2023-2024 team.
